· Participants must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and non-disruptive manner throughout the conference.
· Any behavior deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to others may result in immediate removal from conference premises without refund.
· All conference materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of Namma Privacy Conference 2025.
· Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use conference materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
· Namma Privacy Conference 2025 and its organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to participants or their belongings during conference events.
· Participants are responsible for their personal safety and security at all times.
· The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule, speakers, and venue without prior notice.
· Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or conference announcements.
· Participants' personal information collected during registration will be used solely for conference-related purposes in accordance with the privacy policy.
· Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
· These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable laws in India.
· Any disputes arising from the Conference or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
