1. Registration and Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the Namma Privacy Conference 2024, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with all conference guidelines, policies, and terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Payment and Refunds

· All conference fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.

· No cancellation or refund will be processed for the puchased event tickets!

3. Attendance

· Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions, workshops, and activities unless otherwise communicated.

· Non-attendance does not entitle participants to refunds or credits.

4. Conduct

· Participants must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and non-disruptive manner throughout the conference.

· Any behavior deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to others may result in immediate removal from conference premises without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

· All conference materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of Namma Privacy Conference 2024.

· Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use conference materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

6. Liability

· Namma Privacy Conference 2024 and its organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to participants or their belongings during conference events.

· Participants are responsible for their personal safety and security at all times.

7. Changes to Program

· The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule, speakers, and venue without prior notice.

· Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or conference announcements.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

· Participants' personal information collected during registration will be used solely for conference-related purposes in accordance with the privacy policy.

· Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

· These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable laws in India.

· Any disputes arising from the Conference or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
